Only my team was good dat was the only reason I sustain der..else der is nothing to learn der coz dey Don't provide any kind of training nor focus on any developments of any employees..

...for every work n action.. There is no motivation No enthusiasm No job interest The only reason people r working der is to get some money which dey earn as salary and dat is also very low.. Der is nothing called job satisfaction..

...ly great, also management is good with great culture. Teammates are supportive. Salary hike is not upto market change ....
