I had a good colleague while I was working there. This company is pathetic. No job security. They won't give you joining letter. With offer letter they simply cater you as a labourer. Have no policies and follows no guidelines. Simply fooling Jharkhand ministries with their beautiful presentation showing up an image of employment generation hub, but in reality they are promoting migration in which a large amount of poor jharkhandi has to leave their house to earn their bread that too with the lowest wage. They even won't initiate you before they abscond or throw you out of the company. Such unprofessional behavior. They only person that are getting benefit is the higher official of this organisation.
