I don't like work culture because I didn't see corporate culture any where in this company and work is soo hard because they use manual process even deployments it's soo funny........ There is no Allowances in NOC operation team because we are in 24/7 shift ..... I can't understand the companies policies There is no career growth.... Coming to learning lot to learn freshers.... and experience guy's didn't learn a lot and they got frustrate even seen the work Work Environment : I don't like to tell much but its very tough Innovation : No innovation at all I mentioned free food in benefits .... it's not soo good

Bad work eniv appraisal are fair enough learn things within a year after that same repeats

Bond 2 years, freshers not treated well by head people , no training ,no transportation , management is terrible

I had worked in Pandora R & D Labs for more than 4 years and I personally observed that management do lot of internal politics and each senior management try to secure thier own job and they forget all the ethics. Worst part is QA manager, Lots of employees are trying to quit job due to torchure from manager. Pros: Work wise good. Cons: Worst management. HR cunning 🦊. Development manager thinks like head of the organization and always try to down QA team. Hectic work pressure. Multi Tasking. Need to handle mutiple projects at same time. Hikes only for who show off on floor.

Worst Management. Cunning HR. Notice period differs from person to person. Development manager thinks he is head of organization. QA Manager keeps lots of pressure. Hikes only for who show off on floor. All Senior QA resources left the organization.
