...t involve in any decision and says talk to Hr n Hr is also very bossy and weird. I didn't get my full salary and they are saying that it is because of my punching machine problem i.e 1676 rs less 4 days salary and when i talked with manager he said talk with HR And they are also saying that they have also get less salary. I suggest you never join this company. The staff here are very pathetic.

...ars professional Life. they just hire the people use and just through them back. they even eat up to their employee's salary. they make fake promise to employees about to provide facilities. management is really very bad. it fact there is no management team. the MD or owner takes one side decisions and impose to others. Only those who do their glazed can be their other cant stay their even he/her is good in its work. 90 percent employee are unable to work there for a year or at least 2 or 3 years that too flattering them. When their work is done, they expel the employee from the company and if employee oppose, they terminate him by falsely implicating them and eating their salary. please never join this company and refuse to go to others also. because their business services and products are also fake. they rob their customers as well as employees. in this condition of epidemic like lockdown and corona, tye deducted the salary of employees and did not give, as well, in this crisis they are withdrawing their employees only so they can get other employees to do their labourer and until they know their truth.

Poor work experience... The HR is the main reason of toxic work culture and upper management gives a deaf year to that.... If you are planning to work for this company, please think 100 times as you will regret eventually.
