It’s policies are much better compared to other Saudi companies and pay salary on time. The HR is very supportive when needed

Company is hardly making profits. For expats the growth is zero and the bosses are usually less capable than the subordinates.

Good culture teammates are supported company policy are good and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management does not solve our problem. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. On the job training is not given to new employees

Panda retail company is a great company but I thing I just dislike is that few store managers are not focusing on talented working person.

Company is fantastic, but the management who's handling not up to the mark. Who holds the superior position in company they only are the best not the low level employees.Low level employees never ever receive a good greetings from their superiors,when this happen low level employees will enjoy a lot to work and ignore everything what they're facing .

High position people feel hurt for any reason they take unnecessary actions on low level employees,like issuing warning letter for no reason and deducted their salaries without informing to particular employee so on..
