Company is hardly making profits. For expats the growth is zero and the bosses are usually less capable than the subordinates.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not solve our problem. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. On the job training is not given to new employees

Company is fantastic, but the management who's handling not up to the mark. Who holds the superior position in company they only are the best not the low level employees.Low level employees never ever receive a good greetings from their superiors,when this happen low level employees will enjoy a lot to work and ignore everything what they're facing .

High position people feel hurt for any reason they take unnecessary actions on low level employees,like issuing warning letter for no reason and deducted their salaries without informing to particular employee so on..
