Dislikes

1. Immediate removal of employees, new or old, whatsoever, without giving notice time. 2. Non payment of full & final settlement. Either you agree to settle at 50% or lower value or forget your money. 3. Long hour working is a routine, no benefits for extra hours and even no food/tea/refreshments. However, you will be treated as negligent to work if you leave the office on time (6:30 PM), even after doing 9 hours service effectively. 4. Pathetic leave policy; only 1 CL a month...nothing more than that. For any extra leaves; sick, family functions, illness of loved ones, your salary will be deducted for sure. 5. CEO Mr. Vivek Kumar Goel is incompetent and play politics among staff-members.

Panchwati is a very good organization and is growing with a over-average speed. Over the years, we have developed new range of products that keeps us defeating adverse circumstances continuously.

Dislikes

Extended working hours, which is generally due to inept time management by seniors. 8 hours are enough to do your day and if you're not able to do, you are ill planned.
