1) In favour of girls. Affairs with new joiner by management. 2) incentive are irregular and not on time. Almost 4 months lag. 3) have to cry for leaves. 4) many calls even during holidays u cant deny. 5) No policies in favour of employees by HR. 6) so much correption by management they use employees money for own use 7) Nothing is documented, no value for words. 8) frequently changes rules and policies which is not even written anywhere.
