I like this job this job is skill development and I love my country I should this job for country and panchayat development so I like this job

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths,which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time.

Knowing relationship with public and public representatives, Attained good work knowledge in construction of Bridges Roads, construction buildings and job security is very good

Delay in promotions due implementation of reservations and higher officers failed to recognise my talent
