I am working in Rural development wing in water management like construct checkdams,Minor irrigation tanks and water harvesting structures,and Natural resource management works in my department i have got 21 years in this department

I Have got 21 yers experience in the department they are giving low salary and work is very hard, to answer about work no.of superiors

Well knowledged seniors to give training and guidance with patience. Good salary for a fresher. Healthy work environment, give value for my suggestions even though I'm a junior.

It's a contract based job for freshers.

I know the problems of my native Panchayat so I know the best solutiona towards it and happy to work towards it.

Dislikes

We as Panchayat Sahayak have treated badly and ignored by seniors by saying you are just a third class employee of third party so don't be oversmart. We may have the best solutions but the final decision is not taken by us even our survey can be overruled by seniors.

Dislikes

Work pressure, Rudeness of the officers like MRO, MPDO. Many were appointed on the bases of karunya posts so whoever working in it Don't have enough knowledge on the system.

Its an great opportunity to work in RDPR because I always keep in touch with the rural public and their issues and i feel happy to address their issues and get the satisfaction more. as am holding manager post at district level need to travel to less to visit the local bodies of panchayat raj and work environment is good and self satisfactory and life is balanced and good
