Good working culture and good working environment. Arrange training session for employees Everyone has been very polite and genuine. Supportive leader and motivate us for working.

Dislikes

Strict shift timing , even a 1 sec delay couse half a day deduction. The 6 day working culture makes it very difficult to manage personal life Low salary and outdated HR policy for employes. All kind of MNC benefits are only available to HO employees. There is a significant disparity in employee benefits between HO employees and factory employees.

... of all managers of Department (top to bottom) including HR Also is very poor. Salary deduction if you not sent any report or attendance was hold in every month 5 to 10 days In Branch Head role they demand daily MIS Of the day (like how many calls in a day, how many emails sent to you, etc etc means Every day every minute leger to be submitted by EOD if not submitted then your attendance will not approved. Forcefully they demand fake works (His/Her Personal) and settle this expense in travel No athic no process no rule "LALA JI COMPANY TYPE NOT MNC"

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company is very growing and hiring new technologies machines so career growth is final and salary is good 11859 work time is 8 hours and we are learning everyday new.and company provided medical card so employees serious angered we are free treatment this facility is also all company's this company is amazing

Sometimes company call and come to company on Sunday this very difficult he says come to 3 to 4 hours work but I tired in Sunday this system is very bed but sometimes it's ok I adjusted

The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable,high-quality products.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high.Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and some times late into the night.................
