Terrible people, amazing politic, Moody owner, bad environment for you mental peace, no timing fixed, designation is just for name, dogs are amazing best part. you have to give your 90% time to this company. Nothing mentioned in offer letter. About company policies, facilities, benifits and how much is provision period. Nothing. Totally un-management company. New employee can't survive in that toxic environment. Very toxic environment for your mental health. And there is no timing fixed you can come on time and can't go on time. You have to stay in company because that's how you will be in owner good books. Oo hard working employees. But owner don't know what are they doing late in the company. Because real work start after 6. There is not even a single employee who happily said i like the company and i like to work here. female employee when i start work in the company what i experienced that few male employes talk double meaning ways and cracking jokes and I'm shoçked that other females employees just listen and laugh. I believe that's super normal, these days i guess. That's the other toxic thing i experienced there, which is so uncomfortable, i believe owner didn't know about it. And no one complain about it before because i guess they are very old employees. I had a very terrible experience there. And i won't suggest anyone to work in this company. Otherwise it's like east india company. You like it but in the same time you will hate it.
