...hey hired me as trainee for PHP developer, training was of 4 months with 3000rs. salary they said after training period they will make me permanent employee. And after training I got mail also saying you are permanent employee now and your salary is 7000 per month. But then suddenly after 5-6 days they fired so many employees including me. Firing is fine cause every company hires and fires employees based on their requirements but worst thing is in experience letter they mentioned that due to poor performance they have fired me. After giving me permanent position suddenly one day they realize I am not good enough? And That experience letter is of no use to me. Now I am working in MNC and have good salary also but panacea was starting point of my career and I had very worst experience.

Company runs on a cost cutting policy. No good work environment. Management is very poor. But you will get to Lear many things. But carrier wise there is no growth in company.

Dislikes

...inally they have to sale company to survive in market. No appreciation of work. And they will Never give you full salary for month. They will find the way to deduct the money from salary. To do cost-cutting.
