Product quality is excellent. Work environment is good and everything is good.

At the time of reliving lots of problem i have faced. I have requested to deduct the money from my salary for full and final settlement but they didnt do. Salary issue. Company vehicle issue.

Salary and expenses on time..expense policy is good. Culture is so nice supportive but some policy's is so worst.

No Investment, other segment product you also promote like i am in vaccine and i have to sale diaper and wipe.😒 ill happily keep promoting and sailing if they give more vaccine or pharma brands .

There is a lot of pressure in panacea biotec. One person is expected to do the work of three, and if the work isn't finished, they're stopped without any extra pay for overtime. If production is not met, they are let go without notice. The workload is so much that you won’t even have time to learn anything new.

Company provide opportunities to freshers but don't provide growth opportunities further

...d. 2. Field HR has no professionalism. They treat employees as bad as they can. They just conduct interviews without discussing salary expectations. 3. Quality control department has worst lab Managers who are non competent, Egoistic & have no Scientific knowledge. They are terrible in handling their teams. They discourage employees who are good at work. 4. There is no Employee Encouraging Work culture. No matter how much good /excel you are at work, they always praise ones who are good at pretending to be a smart one. 5. No promotion strategy, no appraisal/increment for the employees who are at Analyst level. Give Increment every 2 years. That too 10%. 7. Quality Control Methods are unnecessary complicated, lengthy and has no supported scientific studies performed to support Method Validation data. 8. No vision for future expansion. Entire company is running on 2-3 products.

The manpower is less. So, the only good point is that you gain experience handling lots of responsibities on your own.

Dislikes

No scope of skill improvisation, specially for brand managers. No stability, inappropriate compensation.
