I got salary timely from the company but there is a big issue regarding my package i have completed 4year in panacea still my package is just 2.5 lack but new bde who joining the company got 3lacks package on same territory .senior bde of company is like a pillar company should give him more support as compare to new bde . Worked for long 7years in the organization but very hard last 2years

There is no work culture now a days and there is no guaranteed salary date and overall single man show.There is no role of managers at all levels.

Salary and expenses on time..expense policy is good. Culture is so nice supportive but some policy's is so worst.

No Investment, other segment product you also promote like i am in vaccine and i have to sale diaper and wipe.😒 ill happily keep promoting and sailing if they give more vaccine or pharma brands .
