Mostly works are organised by US PST and critical roles are controlled by onsite and less visibility and some of the managers not even talked to offshore regularly connect with positive and progressive One of individual manager unfortunately I worked under bad manager because of his disagreement i need to go out of that company and even HR was not interested to take feedback

I had a really bad experience while interview. The interview process took more than 2 months having 5 rounds and after the HR negotiation and salary discussion, they rolled out thr offer. After 2 days I again got a call saying that position in on hold due to Financial year ending. If they knew FY is ending then why did they initiate the interview at the same time? I dropped my papers as well based on the HR conversation and offer. Very Unprofessional.

Entire interview process in not good. They take so long for each round and at last when all goes well last minute they cancelled the role. Worst experience ever.

How much salary should I expect

Hi guys, I am working as senior technical support Engineer with 6yrs of technical experience and 2.5 as non tech. Overall experience would be 8.5yrs. Having Current CTC of 15LPA which includes 7.5% of Variable pay and Remote Job. Due to some reasons I had to move and currently shifted in one of Tier 1 cities. Planning to switch and actively giving interviews. I want to move to Bengaluru and currently I am hopeful of getting an offer from Palo Alto. (Same Profile) Now I am confused with how much of CTC should I expect or ask. As it is one of my dream companies I wanted to join. I have not yet received the offer but as my interviews went, I am really positive to get an offer. Need suggestions. Update:- They have informed there will be another round of interview with cross functional team. Let's see how it goes. Fingers crossed..
