Work life balance looks good but has worst management ever

... employees. They try to hide the negatives about the organisation when posted. Although salary seems good but employe engagement is bad.

I had a really bad experience while interview. The interview process took more than 2 months having 5 rounds and after the HR negotiation and salary discussion, they rolled out thr offer. After 2 days I again got a call saying that position in on hold due to Financial year ending. If they knew FY is ending then why did they initiate the interview at the same time? I dropped my papers as well based on the HR conversation and offer. Very Unprofessional.

Entire interview process in not good. They take so long for each round and at last when all goes well last minute they cancelled the role. Worst experience ever.

There’s nothing to like about. I appreciate how the company is surviving with all the loopholes.

Dislikes

Priority changes within 8hrs. No clarity on prioritisation. Messy process of development life cycle. We don’t even have pipeline code deployment Dev teams work in their own model. Lot of communication gap within Dev and other stakeholders. PM and PMO teams doesn’t have hold on anything apart from pressurising QA, while dev team wouldn’t be even aware of requirements. Agile is long way to go. QA team is understaffed and no budget as usual. Lots of production issues, which takes ages(in months) to fix and expectation is to test within 2-3 days. Everyone would be sleeping till the code is handed off to QA and expect quick turnaround from QA, as if we are dedicated to them 24x7 Controlled completely from resources sitting in US, who has half baked knowledge. I have no clue how the company is still surviving. I really want to appreciate that.
