They will give relieving quickly because there are no projects in palni

You will get performance reviews but what reviews they will not say but we have to perform well and there will be no satisfaction in work (in which project I have worked).

Leaving about Higharchy and not having a look on internal team issues all is good

They don't take any actions on internal team issues and motivate you to suffer more but they don't take proper action on the person you complained

Few of the staff members were good n sincere and definitely none from Management, who have left already. LOL

No Job security, as long as they have project for you, you are safe. No work life balance for most of the employees No transparency. "Company is LOW on FUNDS" is a usual tag line. Forget Career growth, if you get good, either you are boot licker or you have done some really good deeds in your past life.
