I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Toxic,feels like you're in prison No ot no other benefits no shift you have to work 8am to next morning 8am 9am with out any rest ,for over time no pay no rest is given I work 8am to 2am inthe night still told to come to work at morning 8am it's just worst company no facilitys, staffs are treated like garbages And unhygienic atmosphere thers rats and insects Avery whare even snakes also,rats are roaming inside the labs Don't bother upplying for an interview Trust my words .
