Salary structure should be restructured. HR -finance should be more proactive. Management should appreciate employees more often. Management should look after transportation for late night calls.

It was really great experience working with Paladion Networks...learnt a lot about cyber security skills and a IT culture, pressure handling...great company for a fresher to start his carrier... arguably the best company for new comers

I was really not happy about the salary and the Hike progress in the company

Drastically anything can happen anytime depending on the effort u put irrespective of your experience or position. Pretty much inclined opportunities you will come across.

Amount of knowledge u carry it will reflect double in terms of salary in other companies.

Paladion is good for only fresher's to start their career in there, as anyone could survive with less salary for working very hard.

Dislikes

Paladion is not a good place for experienced people. Provided with less compensations and lowest in the market salary-hikes. Paladion is a very poor company, as it couldn't pay your bonus all at once, you will get it 4 times a year and each time taxes more. Paladion's finance team is sick, as they always tends to determine your tax more than what it should be and even insurances and claims are also you will not get them as they've initially promised. Paladion does bluff their customers and investors with some sugar coated words but the reality is different. Management is Paladion is uncertain on continuing the team members, at any point of time they will start firing multiple teams due to lack of planning and designing failures. There are many good and nice startups in the market, please avoid Paladion.

I love this company because here you will get a team who will gonna help you all time. They never show annoyaance to anybody. As I come to know from google that profile in which I am working in ( Jr. Threat Analyst) having lots of future scope. But you need to improve yourself. If you want you can get guidance from seniors.

I think salary and appraisal
