I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Its very nice experience to worked with pal college its my study college I know each thing about the college I was feel very comfortable during my job there was a very gud harmony relationship in between the staff.. principal dr.Ratna mam & Dr.. Nagendra sir always appreciate and influence staff for improving learning I learn so many thing from there ...I feel proud that I was spend some part of my life with the pal college ...

College education system is very standardisation and clinical based practice is good.. Along wid theory students learn from different gov. Hospital clinical practice skills in Uttrakhand state. College is best nursing college in kumoun region. Location is best. And my colleagues are from different state nd culture but together we work nd provide best education nd evidence base practice to students. I also like management policies here.
