Terrible culture No work satisfaction even if you know everything you're there only for copy paste type work you'll never have a development type work if any work has to be done the fixed some guys for that and if you're knowledgeable more then them you're not going to any project type work.... And last but not the least your washroom time will be monitored by your every team members as well as team leader and Hod how many times and for how much time .....

No pressure such as other company. Professional life and personal life can manage easily. You will learn average. Its mechanical based company. So it's better for mech. But for electrical its semi core. Not much more work for electrical. If you want to peaceful job then must join. Thank you

... is not allowed. Uniform is compalsary. Design department also covered by cctv. Not much more salary growth and professional growth.

Got overseas opportunity , Encouragement to extra curricular activities , The company provides rice , notebooks , spices , sweets , shoes , rain suits & sweater to employees.

Dislikes

Dirty Internal Politics , Two Power Centres , Job Security was doubtful since day 1 of joinjng , Injustice with new employees , The management sacks out without assigning any valid reason thereof , The performance analysis is poor, higher authorities are egoistic.

This is very systematic and well maintained organisation. They care all employees like family. They do lots of sports activities including male and female. Never management force on any employee. This is the dream organization for all employees.
