All things start from the work culture to appraisal. And there is person named samresh aggarwal, he is the legal head in the company without a law degree, he always wanted to put himself frist if he is wrong, so i will suggest you not to join this company unless you don’t have any other option, and they didn’t provide gazetted holidays. Overall worst experience ever in my career and this is not company this is lala ji ki dukaan, jo apko kabhi bhi company se bahar fake sakte hai means you don’t have any kind of job security. Sellary Low , Work hours 12 ,

Dislikes

Sellary are very low and work pressure is high and not flexible time 12 hours working. Any Finance company work timing is only 8 hours with. Good sellary but here is nothing.

me pahle kam kar chuka hu patiyali 008par chodne ka karad ghar se office ki dori 135 km ke karad mene kaha tha mughe najdeek ki koi bhi branch bhej do Jalesar avagarh etah kasganj par koi bhi karyvai nahi hui aur me hr me hony sir se bhi mil aaya par kuch nahi hua

The only good thing for working with Paisalo Digital was I got the opportunity to meet a few excellent people.

Irrespective of the role or experience, this is a terrible company to work with. The top brass of the company consists of people who have a very obscured and narrow mentality. The work culture is horrible to say the least as one never gets appretiated for working hard and attaining favourable results, and your managers are always on the lookout to grab the credit for all your hardwork.

bhai bakwas company ha starting 12000 bol ka 8000 deta ha or kuch v extra incentives nahi deta ha bol ka or din ka 6 bej se le kar rat ko 11,12 bej tak kam karwata ha
