...ut they treated me as a post man to deliver the shit of paper ( applications) For this job they used pay 15k for me manager is criminal you know what he use to tell me every time "as we grow, we must also grow those around us" no one agree if I say this without any expectations I worked though my job is postman role, as you all know 2020 was pandemic year in this situation we should appreciate company have paid 3 months salary, but where most of them lost their jobs (40:60) ratio In same year we started generate leads from Fos ( field executive) not at all easy task for executives but we succeeded later company planned to vanish call centre We happy that we succeeded but the sad part is where 1500 tele callers lost their jobs. Later we grown location wise Company got good source of revenue Later that company is expanded after that company started laid off field executives for better performance than what efforts was made by field executive that pandemic all the hard work we put in during difficult times is waste company never ever thinked about it later when you are best performer getting good opportunities from anywhere they try to stop saying won't go anywhere from this shit organization we'll give promotion and good salary hike but they won't give you, 200-1000 hike in this company, won't get any promotion here in life time if get an promotion it's your luck That's only senior Executive position that's it don't expect anything more than this, if you try to request / complain about this to HR they won't least bother about your concern / complaint HR name Nidhikaushik she is Senior HR Manager dead waste in this company she doesn't know how to deal with it any complaint/concern coming to work life is pathetic login 9.15 have to be in office log out time unlimited if you're ready sleep in office they will tell us to bring bedsheet and pillow, no week off except Sunday some times Sunday also have to work, no public and national holiday will be granted though company having it, timing is very pathetic i use to leave Office @ 10 PM Manager create emotional black mail to work extra hours if you are talented/well performer it doesn't matter if you want to grow your internal growth in this company you have to be a bucket,,, not small,,,, big one, people who are in higher level position they doesn't know about product though talk too much one example is mr vivek pukda sorry Gupta vivek gupta he thinks about himself that he is know we'll better than anyone else where he doesn't know what is vkyc????? Small small things only he doesn't know than what is the use and value for his position!!!! He think that he is sher, but he doesn't know that he never Fit for sher mal, also this people are not fit for trust worthiness in my personal opinion if you want to become bucket than please join Paisabazaar when you try to make things right some illiterate people try make them self as well as spoil companies reputation also if your one of company's employee please share your experience here

Dislikes

No work life balance. Growth is very slow and job security is very less and pressure is very high. Anytime if you ask for leaves they are showing you the targets.

Paisabazaar have worst culture, they do not care about there employees, they even do not approve your Paid leaves/Sick Leave/Casual leave if you required, High level politics, no skills will develop, No HR activities, DVP Priyanka in Mumbai location has so much ego that she can play a politics game and fire any body, she never respect there executives or Leaders, yell on the floor

They don't want to hire new team leaders from out side specially for Mumbai office if the person joined he he giving lots of pressure and insulting shouting on floor whole day in front of All the tele callers and also if someone sick and take leave then he has to Adjust his Week off Full & final policy is very bad he takes 60 working days excluding Saturday Sunday bank holiday i have joined 26th Apr-24 and Last working day 5th-oct-24 today 10th-Dec-24 and i still not received my FNF amount multiple time i raised the query regarding this but no positive response coming all the other people received the FNF amount who left on Same day with me but i still not Received work culture not good no Holiday in any fastival.
