On time salary and benifits by HR. Job satisfaction, work life balance etc all depends on your manager. If you get the heat exchanger department in the ho, you will get the growth. Mr.SandipBasu as a civil design manager, very good and his team get good growth in career, work-life balance etc. So all depends on the manager.

Dislikes

If you get a manager who are working more than 20 years like SumitMookherjee, RajatBhowmik, then you will face lots of ego problem. You will be appropriated but you will not get any growth. They will take the butter in the appraisal process. In COVID time, paharpur asked all to do WFH. Everybody worked but they cut the leaves. And who has no leave, they didn't get the salary.

1) Company have good salary offering and offered designation is also good, 2) Good others benefits comparing to others construction company, 3) Feels homely cause wherever you are posted you can get greater Bengal foods and your colleagues are also from Bengal and neighbouring states.

Dislikes

1) Poor office culture! Seniors staffs are not so qualified and poor mentality and behaviour one can face. 2) Maximum of the staff are here by HO referance, I'm seriously missing an experienced and knowledgeable senior, from whom I can learn. 3) Poor HR facilities you can get, if you are in NDCT projects. No pre planing, more than 15days passed our cook isn't in our mess, we have to cook our own food after exhausting 14hrs in the site. 4) Sometimes lunch not even served on time, 5) Basic amenities are missing at project site, even drinking & washing water scarcity we have to face. 6) Work culture is the worst, doesn't care about your mental health, dirty office politics makes a horrible experience in World foremost manufacturers in process cooling technology.

Work environment is good. Great deal of exposure for young employees.

Dislikes

Salary structure needs to be revised especially for low and mid-low level management. Infrastructure and facilities are pretty backdated.
