Work environment is good. Great deal of exposure for young employees.
Dislikes
Salary structure needs to be revised especially for low and mid-low level management. Infrastructure and facilities are pretty backdated.
...ny. Very good increament if you technically sound and work hard for the company. They give 12 to 18% yearly hike on gross salary to technical peoples and 7 to 10% to non technical. Obviously based on performance. In head office there are little bit politics. But site culture is good. Site facilities are depends in site in-charge's and site accountants.
They have extra leave facilities at site for working on Sundays / holidays. This is very good system of them. They will provide you fooding & mobile allowance at site as extra.
Finance manager whoever is seating at head office, not always try to understand site situations and he will shout on you. But if you able to conveyance him, he will be your best boss.
You will work as per instruction of your finance boss. But the increament or promotion is not in his hand as site finance also comes under construction department.
On time salary and benifits by HR.
Job satisfaction, work life balance etc all depends on your manager.
If you get the heat exchanger department in the ho, you will get the growth. Mr.SandipBasu as a civil design manager, very good and his team get good growth in career, work-life balance etc. So all depends on the manager.
If you get a manager who are working more than 20 years like SumitMookherjee, RajatBhowmik, then you will face lots of ego problem. You will be appropriated but you will not get any growth. They will take the butter in the appraisal process.
In COVID time, paharpur asked all to do WFH. Everybody worked but they cut the leaves. And who has no leave, they didn't get the salary.

... about this company, an absolute rubbish ,management is senseless and illogical. They don't care about employee , even they deduct salary without any reasons. they hire on the basis of project once the project is over they poke their employee so that they resign themselves. Job security is very poor. On any random day you will be asked not to come from tomorrow from senseless management. No ethics , no morals, an extremely unfriendly company for the employees.
one of the worst management , actually this is not a company this is like a shop , no HR policy , no organization , this place is like a hell for professional. No job satisfaction at all , no timings at all you will be forced to stay for the whole night after coming in general shifts that also by an uneducated and arrogant higher management who are highly unprofessional and don't know anything about the process ,due to this work life balance gets extremely poor. There is no resources at all , no drinking water facilities , no desktop , no chair.
