Nothing The job was a jock, they are yet to pay my last mknth salary and extra 10,000rs for painting their walls. They are cheap and humiliating, not once i got my salary one right time

Mostly it's management and of course the fact that they are just taking money and not giving salary to staffs om the right time. They using their clients

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...defined and there is so much mismanagement. Not at all a place to work and grow. Salary comes on 10th every month how ridiculous. A place for chit chats and gossips rather than work. Unhealthy competition and toxicity among different centers of Pahal Design.
