New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

The company grows up, every operation well and advanced plan, owners of the company very honestly in the favour of every employee, they like employees are there family members.

Quality control team is not knowledgeable, they not do fare dealings with the farmer, not behaved well with the outsider ( farmer and vendor). They have no team spirit, due to this reason some farmer not want to do contact farming of vegetables for the company, out door and in door training is must for managers.
