There are 3 team leads who do not have any knowledge to lead the team but they dependent highly on the team members. Sneha Bhattacharya is one of them who is terrible and do not have any knowledge of working and don't know how to behave with others. Only for her behavior most of the employees leave the company. The pageturner is the only company where the team leads performs the easy tasks and critical works are assigned to the juniors. Lots of works are also failed due to the incapability of the team leads. It is heartiest request to the higher authority to change the leads first, especially Sneha Bhattacharya. There is zero work-life balance. No holidays at all (National, regional, international). There is no specific work time, employees have to be available for 24*7.

There is a team leader called sneha Bhattacharya who is a worst team leader a bossy leader who doesn't have any educational quality of her own. She will throw tantrums on every possible reasons and there is no room. For appreciation. If you meet her your work life is in hell
