Work culture is absolutely terrible. People will say that this is a team but colleagues won’t act like a team. They will always be rebellious against you and the work you do. If you don’t know about something colleagues will tell you to reach out to them. But once you ask them about a certain query, this be irritated and the next moment you would know that you have an escalation on you and a warning letter. Work here only if you’re very very very smart and have an attitude to ignore people even if it’s a small team.

The club calling themselves a Company is actually a selfish. Owner has no senses so don’t expect anything great you are going to do there for you.

You will only be praised if you follow their hopeless instructions. In India the company is blacklisted by many banks. They have shown themselves a very low turnover rate however they are just shameful.

Horrible management, they view Indian employees as stereotypes. The founder has chosen India site to make profits and files regular income as loss with Indian govt. Also has a plan to shutdown the company in next two years. This company fires people with no reason, let share the surprise there is no performance evaluation process. There is no tracking of productivity. Mid management guys are less skilled and do nothing to learn gain and improvise. The founder and CEO both are mindless professional.
