Well company is very good in job security management system isn’t good as I think bcz when company wants to grow then u have to grow your employees too.

I think company is good but management must be noticed what employees are truly working excellent they have to provide employee motivation time to time credit their incentives all employees are working for money for his family for his life also

There is lot of opportunities to prove yourself. There are big challanges from which we can get good knowledge. As there is vision and ambition of the promoters there is job security. Company gets twice Maruti Millenium Dealership award in subsequent years and i confident the same will retain or will get higher jump to achieve the award and get hattrick. Within a year NEXA (Company's another dealership) get also millenium award from MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LTD.

Dislikes

No patience. Within no time, company wants unexpected/uncertain information. Lack of department wise allocation.

I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night but managers do not value an individuals unique strengths
