All the members were well behaved, job was secured, no problem regarding salary, no politics was there, learned some tips about sales. Really enjoyed the environment.

Unnecessary pressure, the target for which we were not responsible, was also added in our daily routine. We were supposed to do all other tasks which has to be done by our seniors.

...rom Telecom exp to FMCG. The only thing I like is, it has put FMCG exp in my CV. Not sure when you will get your salary, you have to chase the HR and Account dept for settlement of any claims, mis guiding chanel partners, i can write thousands lines but i ll stop here.

I never see any worst company like Padmesh in my whole career. There is no job security, no learning, no innovation, salary never on time, worst work environment, no training, no travel only they have expertise in doing politics with their employees. They doubtful to every employee.

Dislikes

Comparation is worst everytime we had to asking for salary. There are no any work culture. No weekly off. Managers do not value an individuals.
