It is small scale industries and like working nothing will learn because politics are more in the Padmaadev Construction, there is own team and the old team people will not support new employee if you are in senior than the others. Thank you.

Dislikes

There is nothing to learn and for senior there is no respect and happy with work, everything we have to do but any financial support some one do against the selected one.
