I involved to take a suggestion on my own for any work related to accounts, And from which I would to get a some new experience.

Dislikes

Whatever there was salary issue, or other benefits means PF, Bonus was nothing. There was no possibility of my career growth at all , because I could not do the work properly accounts. And always used to get involved other work.

Likes

Fake commitments by the company directors nothing to like at all. Now after removing old team they are looking for new fool candidates who can benefit them.

Dislikes

There is no training provided, company expexts you to provide your experience and make them learn. Company will talk about funding and growth but they don't have proper management and policies. Even the discussion in meeting with director are void by himself. They show good growth and incentives, but when you work hard, after taking benefit from you, they will kick you off showing your faults. This session they asked whole team to resign narrating different reasons, so that they can eat up incentive of whole counselling team and share b/w directors. Now after removing old team there are looking for new fool candidates who can benefit to them.
