The work culture is really good here. Especially during Covid, the management provided support to help staff with financial and any sort of help that could be required. The work from anywhere culture has really been an add on.

The amount of work and salary are not justified.

The best thing is the work culture of the company and flexible timing. And if you are fortunate then the the best team members and colleagues to work with to help and motivate you in the company.

There is no job security anytime anyone can leave or be removed. The growth of salary and career is quite slow which can be worked on.

Work culture and life balance. Flexible hours and informal dress code.

Dislikes

Low career Opportunities and no compensation and career growth. Low salary growth too and no respect to the executive. The company management only thinks about the numbers of titles instead of the quality. Every time a new process change disturb the working process the TLS system is if no use. The management does not prototype the process before bringing it up.This disturbs the whole pipeline and also the work environment.Hope management thinks on it.

Welcome to the Packt, things start smoothly over here as you are in the training period it's your honeymoon period over here. As you get used to the work culture, you will be exploited totally on bases of promotion, to be precise then it's just 15% hike. You will find the best environment over here and flex timing, here most of the crowd is of youngster ranging from 22 to 26 for this role. If you looking ahead for studies this is the best place to work, as here you won't be able to develop your skills, as you will be working on the same task every day

...simpler by explaining most of the issues that are been faced by the executive: 1) Salary not up to the mark 2) If you get used to the surrounding it will be difficult to move on 3) It's a dating place, I'm serious you will find many instances as its full of enthusiastic and young people 4) If you move out of this role, It's quite difficult to find a job 5) Growth not up to the mark, until you get involved yourself in to dirty politics
