...re manner less they don't have knowledge of English & calculations in anything.. they are master in dedicating salary by any rubbish reason.. you have to work here 24/7 there will be no off no time limit... They treat like labours.

one of the best Trading Companies related to Steel Plants. Lot of scope to learn . Meet Users on shop floor . Company is dedicated to Steel Plant Customers only .

Work life balance ( travel for almost a month) , salary appreciation/ increment is almost negligible for atleast 2-3 years from joining so negotiate accordingly, pathetic internal politics, lowest cooperation among different team members . Management only concerned about getting business .

zero Job security Lots of Bengoli politics Lots of work load If you can not arrange a permanent gatepass in your respective steel plant you will be so pressurized that you will leave the job No career growth Every year maximum hike you will get 5% No leave policy. Even national holidays are not paid leaves. they do not inform about leave & holidays. They deduct the PF but deposit after six months in our PF account Typical worst Marwadi dokan type company. They do meetings 4 times a day for no reason & just to give some unnecessary excel sheets Owner has no interest in business he will leave the country soon as he has earned a lot of money last 20 years. The day owner leave the country company is closed next day as there is no body in his family to take care off the business. He is playing with the future of all employees

Actually, I like nothing about this company. It is just for extremely needy employees - unemployed mechanical / metallurgical engineers, Accountants, Widows, etc. who has less personal / family lives.

Pacific International is a 100 % profit oriented company. The management whole & sole person Mr. Deepak Vajir is a confused businessman who has successfully built business empire of 1000 Cr plus turnover after betraying many hard-working employees by not awarding any perks/hikes/sales incentives to them. There are absolutely no company policies. Everything is just a nightmare. Employees don't even have their proper employee-ID cards. Attrition rate is extremely high because he Mr. Vajir & Mr. Madhu don't care for any employee retention. The Business is in auto-mode so they want only NEEDY-Bechare people to work with them.
