Salary Discrimination. Micro Management. Cheap tricks or Politics at all level. For name it's a MNC, Practically it's a CA firm. No rewards on hard work and only criticism. No festival celebration from company side, its your contribution and your efforts to celebrate. There are shift timings for other staff, which can be general shift only when company is in need.

Unlike other KPO, one can try his/her hands on full accounting process. Only major issue with this company is remunaration. Monetry growth can't be expected from management. Also the company needs to focus on improvement of work culture environment.

Office environment and payscale needs to get improve. Atleast try to pay as per industry standards.

Toxic environment especially in the Software Department. The egoistic attitude of the department head. Never suggest joining this company. All rules are in the books only. Spoil your career by playing a dirty game. Always giving false promises.

They are not providing any other benefits other than your CTC. But there is no variable cost in the CTC they offer that’s good thing.

I like the work culture. The flexible work timings. I am bale to balance my personal and professional life very well. The company policies are in line with the interest of its employees. The employer-employee relationship is very cordial.
