Company's management team is worst and unsupportive They don't give their employees salary on time. Poor working environment and can terminate anyone with giving notice period.

The company is open to the experimental approach, the company has an open culture. the focus of the organisation is growth. Upper management understands our problem there like college friends.

My experience was amazing because the people employed there, my teammates, my seniors, upper management treated me as a family member. They were the ones no one could have asked for, the best ones around. More like a family.Supportive,smart and always available whenever you needed them. This is a very good organisation and it has also helped me to build my career.

The company is open to experimenting with new approaches, specially in marketing and operations. People from diverse background makes it a very good place to work, specially if you want to learn.

The only point could find was the high work pressure is too high sometimes.
