I really enjoy working at PaceTel Systems Pvt. Ltd., The company culture is fantastic and the people are amazing. The work is challenging and rewarding at the same time. There are always opportunities to learn and grow, and the management is very supportive of their employee, Overall, it is a great place to work and I am grateful for such an awesome team.

Dislikes

... is happy about the work environment in general, there is not much focus on pay. Salary is a huge concern when the work hours are long and employee don't feel the love.

...s not taking responsibility of lower one, the current management is not so good. Fro the training department it is little bit poor, salary is good as per your work performance, nothing is innovative done over here. Politics is present over here but as the employees are not so smart enough to give over take to them.

Dislikes

Lot of good things are here but if the higher lever authority will take responsibility to change all the drawbacks present over here then that may give a lot of satisfaction to all employee works over here but apart from that not in a single day anyone come here for the audit the environment , works conditions, no one come here to check the skill of all the employee which means the company doesn't have any good responsible per in the H.O to audit all this things, no one taking the reviews to improve the employee environment even some of the minimum working facility is not provided by the higher persons

Company Culture is bad and Management is not good they decide on our personal rules etc

Dislikes

Management is poor no decide power to promotion benefits and leave benefits or more etc and real time it will call you and join office on weekends and no overtime pay here.
