Thay didn't provide insurance which is mentioned in CTC till September 2022 even for who join 5 - 10 years back. This is just payroll company ( thay take money from company whose don't want to Hiar permanent employee and and give salary after deducting their part). Thay detect gratuity from my salary even though I am contract employee. Thay try what ever possible to give minimum to us

It's a secured job for me, my company stands by me both during success & failures, a very opaque & positive working environment,mgnmt believes in good work-life balance, mgnmt rewards all achievers handsomely & even the beginners/non-performers are motivated to do well next time,the company operates in the most transparent way wrt policies,helps the employees to achieve their goals, all targets & rewards for the deserving achievers are put down in black & white and make sure with sustained effort employees are able to take home addl amt of cash @ end of every quarter apart fm their monthly salaries.

Pkg was jus ok but not@par with my principal orgn where smbdy fm my same education & experience bckgnd wud carry home double my pkg,career growth was alwys@bck of my mind whch was a Qstn mrk here, office politics by a few also wud turn one off at times & I used to ensure my sales n support team were kept away & time to time I used to brief my mgmt about our challenges n achvmnts both,my exposure to product innovation & technical details were fine to make a sales pitch & ppbly at times to clinch the deal but I had alwys desired to be up & tuned with even the micro info on my products n services
