They give salary on time. Job portfolio is very peaceful. It's a non targetbase job. Target is 140 connected call everyday which is easily achievable.

Dislikes

They don't give week off. Week off is rotational. They promised that we will get 4 week off per month but they give only 1 or 2 week off per month. Limitless working hours, 10 hours is normal and sometimes 11 hours also. But as per interview working hour should be 9 hours 15 minutes. They don't approve any sick leave. If someone is sick they force him or her to work, otherwise they just tell no need to come from tomorrow.

...ood(specialy for womens). Managers are not good managers behaviour are not good. Salary is ok but thier is no salary growth. Overall i am not satisfied with this company.

I was working in pace for more then 3years in Bajaj Nach. Team leaders are mre friendly with the employee.

Dislikes

There is no increment in salary. Low salary nt even 10k and working for more then 9 hrs. I was in bajaj nach process...the team leader not even know how to talk with the employee and he use to abuse and use pathetic language.

This is really worst place I have ever worked in. To be honest they provide salary arround rs 7500 per agent , no incentive , and supervisers and hr and whole management is insane ! They are much like gold diggers , they will drive you crazy when they need something and when their need is over they will pretend like they even don't know you । Don't work there if you don't wanna be mad

It has a Good scope for people who are undergraduate and who just have skill of speech and customer convincing otherwise the timings are not stable nor the salary is according to the target and pressure provided by TLs Week Offs are uncertain and due to which sustaining in Pace is difficult
