I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

...e hired you at a low amount. Advice to Management Learn to trade. To be ethical. To pay people properly as per their work, value them monetarily as well not just with words. Don't give false hopes to employees at recruitment

Good Learning due to working in pressure situation.

Dislikes

Very poor management, Owner treat employees like his own personal servant and the employees are expected to be available at all the time. Taking a leave even due to medical issues is seen as a crime. The management always thinks that employees are here to dupe them and thus, they do not trust anyone.
