Only we will get good knowledge on more technologies. Because many projects will be handled by only one member at a time.

Dislikes

There will be no salary hikes, full of work pressure and management harras the employees in many ways. There will no bonus , incentives but must work for extra hours and weekends also. The management also won't be friendly with employees.
