Paani foundation is open to innovative, new adopted/ Created new Ideas, technology, Training modules on watershed management. I feel very lucky to be a part of paani foundation team. Paani foundation gives very strong Training to villagers to contribute the movement of watershed management . They arrange a watercup competition for villages of Maharashtra. NGO culture and system is amazing. I learnt lots of things from them. Its allover people's movement and real result oriented work has done by watercup competition in villages.

I like all teammates , working atmosphere , You can find yourself what you are and what should you do for society because of flexibility in work profile according to the situation and they are very keen observer about everything.
