P3 provide lots of opportunities here for growth. Work details:- Responsible for meeting clients and knowing their requirements for the Kitchen design. Also responsible for creating accurate blueprints to meet all the clients specifications. Providing innovative ideas and concepts to meet client's needs. Assist Design team to specify all fittings, furniture, lighting & finishes. Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry.

Employee satisfaction is really low. Salary and appraisal was the biggest issue that I faced. Leaves provided and work-life balance was not so pleasing.
