Guys I must say, the company will appoint you for one year and in second year will tell you to leave the organisation. I will say the company is not growing so they can't afford to keep employees

There's no any management, managers are doesn't know the work cycle and just ordering like a boss even if someone want to explain they will never listen you. In this company they changed the rules according to them not as per law While working in this company u will forget your personal life because they had make many what's app group to distrub you even after working hour or sunday also.
