There are many types of people in every organization. Get some Excellent people and their great support. But most of people are busy to oil polishing work rather than to do their job. After all if you can polish oil very well you will be gained.

Easy access to Directors, working hours, sound financials, New initiatives can be taken, Politeness of Senior Management, Good volume of High end projects, Timely Salary, Bonus, My Own Time concept, Freedom to put your ideas in place n if suitable, Management can invest in Crores upon your idea. Unclear path to achieve Goal / Targets. Sometimes indecisiveness brings recession at work. Change Management is not streamlined. Many times, the decisions given under change management are not cost effective. Company runs departments through People and not thru standardised process. Business needs to be more process oriented. Exposure of employees holding senior positions is not at par with the PS Group business needs nor at par with industry standards.

No doubt that the company is supporting in this pandemic situation but for me i dont see any career growth here. I am stucked at the place where I started. I want to learn new things, want to experience different aspects of the company but somehow not getting the opportunity here even after talking to the management.

1. Work atmosphere in Psgroup is fantastic. 2. Behavior of Management is so polite and I always feel it's my second home . 3. Every year we got appraisal as per our performance. It is so true that company always maintain balance in Appraisal system so I have no issue on that. 4. Now Politics is everywhere but level is low in my organization. 5. We have learning system in our organization and we learn a lot from there. 6. Overall best organization from my point of view.

Yes we need Team outing for a short vacation .

Nice place to work. Directors are approachable and open to thoughts and suggestions from employees and hardwork is rewarded.

While it is progressive and evolving into a corporate, PS is still hanging on to some babu/bhaiya culture which is pulls it back from being a professional corporate
