The only positive aspect here is the impressive office infrastructure. It’s surprising how a company with such subpar standards manages to maintain such a well-designed workspace. Perhaps this is how they attract attention and create a false impression. Unfortunately, their books reflect a lack of quality, appearing to rely heavily on generic content and uninspired designs.

This is an honest review based on my experience of working with this company for over three years. The following points summarize my observations, which ultimately led me to resign. Most of the five-star reviews here appear to be fabricated, likely written under pressure from the company's Digital Marketing Team. 1. Frequent events, such as birthday celebrations or gatherings involving the director's family, are organized occasionally to offer employees minor refreshments like snacks and beverages. However, these events typically occur after office hours (post 6:00 PM), ensuring no work time is affected. 2. The Main Director, who has a pet dog employees are free to interact with, is surrounded by top management and department heads who, despite being human, often exhibit behavior that could be seen as overly subservient. 3. Sick leaves are scrutinized rigorously. The director may send an assistant to your residence to verify your health status. If you’re not home during this visit, you risk immediate termination without prior notice or warning. 4. Overtime is not compensated, and employees, especially those in the editorial department, may be called to work on Sundays or asked to stay late for shifts. This practice is often justified under the guise of contributing to national economic growth. 5. A grace period of 120 minutes is allotted, but once this is exhausted, even a one-minute delay will result in a deduction of half a day's salary. For instance, if you punch in at 9:31 AM after using your grace period, you forfeit half your day’s pay.

Seniors are pretty great and accommodating, and we get to learn a lot with them. The primary aim of the company is to develop innovative and relevant content for the young learners of this generation, which is possible through a seamless flow of thought-sharing, research, and discussion.
