Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Dislikes

Partiality Happens, No team bonding. They will hire you on less package by saying they give good appraisals. No good culture, all employees use abusive words and the Manager will listen always to senior.

Toxic Culture. There is no growth for the deserving ones. A strict no-leave policy is allowed. Promotions in Tajinder Malhotra's team are often given to favorites instead of those who deserve them. There is a lot of favoritism and office politics. Tajinder has a strong, controlling leadership style. He listens mainly to his favorite senior staff, ignoring the juniors.

OHI, for learning prospective company is good, however work pressor is much higher, and if any medical emergency happened, they don't have medical room, and also not facilitating to employees, as I have faced during my tenure.
