Yes I hate it but I work still here just because of my bad luck team mates are just ok salary always late appraisal is like dinosaur

The only positive aspect of the company is that its project is located in the Himalayan region, instead of that, there is nothing to enjoy in this company.

( The people who were there did not know all that much about Engineering ). 3) Approx 3-month delay in salary and never on time. 4)In this no work difference between Engineer, Supervisor, and Foreman all are in the same position. 5)You will never get any support from this company in an emergency situation.

Main baat sirf salary ki hai Ghar se dur family se dur sirf salary ke liye jaten hai but wahi time se na mile baki P & R beutiful company

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company politics are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Nothing is to be liked there if you are dumb and want to do the work of labour as a engineer you can join this company. Managers used to do politics blame game is very common there.

Dislikes

No fixed date regarding the salary. Bychance if you leave the company for the toxic culture and salary delayes you ll not get the pending salaries which they used to hold in the first 3 months of joining.
